Boston – June 15, 2010
–
OutStart’s Technical Director Mike Gregory joins Alcatel-Lucent’s Dave
Batchelder, Sales Training Manager at Alcatel-Lucent
University, to discuss
“Mobile Technology use with Evaluation” at the eLearning DevCon
2010 conference in
Salt Lake City June 14-16. In this
presentation attendees will learn about Alcatel-Lucent University's
challenge
around data collection and analysis of attendee feedback data. The need to quickly capture and provide near
real-time information to senior leadership led the team to a Mobile
solution
using Outstart’s Hot Lava Mobile.
The case study will
cover the requirements for success, implementation strategy and lessons
learned
plus future evaluation plans that build on initial success. Attendees of the discussion will also have
the opportunity to participate in a live mobile survey on their own
devices.
Due to demand for
this session, Batchelder and Gregory are conducting this presentation
twice.
The first session is on Wednesday June 16 at 10:20am and the second is
on June
17 at 4:00pm. For more information about the show, visit www.elearndevcon.com. Attendees
of the show and others interested in mobile technologies are invited to
view
the Hot Lava Demo on OutStart’s website.
Gregory has over 20 years experience working with
organizations to help them understand how learning, social business and
mobile technologies
can drive meaningful business results.
He is currently chartered with helping customers and partners
understand
OutStart’s value proposition, and how solutions can best be integrated
into
their processes and infrastructure. In
addition, Gregory serves as the primary technical contact and provides
assistance and mentoring to key individuals and organizations that
resell,
co-market and use OutStart’s solutions.

Director
“The ubiquity of
mobile devices and the accessibility to content they provide to users,
is
driving enterprises to evaluate mobile deployment solutions for a
variety of
use cases. Hot Lava Mobile enables these
organizations to develop, deliver and track mobile content to more than
500
devices without requiring customization.
